Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Conquer (conquer.so), operated by [COMPANY NAME], [ADDRESS], registered under [REGISTRATION NUMBER] (“Conquer”, “we”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What Conquer does

Conquer uses AI to build websites and small web apps from your descriptions, hosts them on conquer.so or a domain you own, and adds signups, forms, analytics and payments through your own Stripe account.

2. Your account

You need to be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account. One person per account.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

  • The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on the billing page.
  • Build costs $39 a month and Pro $99 a month, billed in advance by Stripe. Prices exclude VAT or sales tax where it applies.
  • The Free plan includes a one-time number of builds and edits; paid plans include a monthly number. On a paid plan, if you go over and confirm it, each extra build or edit is charged at the price shown before you confirm, and added to your next invoice.
  • You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing page. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month; we don't refund partial months [CONFIRM: refund policy and EU withdrawal-right wording].
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The change applies from your next month.

4. Your content and your sites

You own what you put into Conquer and the sites and code it generates for you. You give us the permission we need to store, build, host and show that content in order to run the service. You can export or delete your projects at any time.

Your sites are your business. You are responsible for their content, for complying with the laws that apply to them (including a privacy notice for your own visitors), and for the products you sell. Payments on your site go to your own Stripe account under Stripe's terms; Conquer is not a party to those sales and takes no fee.

Sites on the Free plan show a small “Built with Conquer” badge. Paid plans can hide it.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Conquer to build or host anything that:

  • is illegal, or infringes someone else's rights (copyright, trademark, privacy);
  • deceives people: phishing, impersonation, scams, fake shops, or fake reviews;
  • spreads malware, or attacks or overloads other systems;
  • sends spam or collects personal data without a lawful basis;
  • contains sexual content involving minors, incites violence, or harasses people.

We may take down a site or suspend an account that breaks these rules, where possible after telling you first.

6. AI output

Generated sites can contain mistakes. Review what Conquer builds before you publish it, especially prices, claims and legal text. Conquer doesn't give legal, financial or tax advice.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Conquer and your sites online but can't promise uninterrupted service. We may change or remove features; if a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we'll tell you in advance and you can cancel.

8. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings, which takes your sites offline and deletes your projects. We may end your account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid Conquer in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, or your rights as a consumer [CONFIRM wording].

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of [COUNTRY], and disputes go to the courts of [CITY], without affecting any mandatory consumer protections where you live. Questions: [CONTACT EMAIL].
